Information we collect
When you request a consultation, GVP collects the contact and business details shown in the form, including your name, business, email, optional phone, website, priority service, market, current support, growth problem, desired outcome, consent record, and submission time. Normal web-server and security logs may include an IP address, browser details, requested URL, and timestamp.
Why we use it
We use consultation information to assess fit, respond to the request, plan a potential engagement, protect the form from misuse, and maintain appropriate business records. We do not ask you to submit passwords, payment data, customer lists, health information, or other sensitive material through the form.
Service providers
GVP may use hosting, database, email delivery, security, and operational service providers to run the website and retain the request. They receive only the information needed for their role and are subject to the applicable account and service terms. Consultation notifications are sent to GVP staff through Postmark when email delivery is enabled.
Retention and access
Consultation requests are available only to authorized GVP staff in the internal Admin surface. Records are retained only as long as reasonably required for the request, a resulting business relationship, legal obligations, security, and ordinary recordkeeping. A final retention schedule remains an owner policy decision.
Your choices
You may ask GVP to correct or delete consultation information, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping requirements. Contact instructions will be added when the approved public privacy contact is established.
Changes
This policy may change as the website and service mature. The current version and revision date will remain on this page. This draft should be reviewed by the owner and appropriate legal counsel before production use.
